What will you do?
In this role, you will be the linchpin that ensures our mobile dental practices are always operational. Your work is crucial in keeping our care accessible.
Here are your responsibilities:
- Analysis and Prevention: Analyze breakdowns and propose and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
- Practical Support: Perform small repairs and organize technical workshops for drivers.
- Maintenance and Repair: Coordinate and carry out maintenance and investigate complex breakdowns to find solutions.
- Project Management: Maintain tight schedules and oversee the construction and setup of new mobile dental practices.
- Innovation: Set up and lead improvement and innovation projects or tools for our mobile practices.
- Procurement and Budget Management: Advise on and coordinate the purchase of equipment and materials within budget limits.
- Suppliers: Make recommendations regarding supplier selection and cost-saving choices and efficient processes.
- Documentation: Document maintenance and repairs to maintain a complete overview of all technical processes.
- Damage Repair: Ensure damages are identified and resolved, as it’s our business card.
Who are you?
You are a versatile professional who effortlessly combines technology, organization, and creativity and feels at home in a multifaceted role.
Furthermore:
- You have a higher vocational education (HBO) level of work and thinking, with technical insight and organizational skills.
- You think in a solution-oriented way and are creative in your approach.
- You can work independently and collaborate well within a team.
- You are flexible, stress-resistant, and always looking for improvements.
- You have experience with maintenance and repairs of vehicles or technical equipment.
- You have a driver’s license (B) and are willing to travel within the Netherlands.
